Your DIY Kits are delivered pre-prepared in refrigerated packaging, ready for cooking at home. All dishes can be either cooked in the oven, frying pans, and home fryers by following our simple cooking instructions.

All products have a shelf life of a minimum of three days when kept in the fridge, and some items are also suitable for home freezing on day of delivery.

We work closely with Swaledale Foods, who select native breed cattle reared on local farms up in the Yorkshire Dales. The cattle are reared in a totally free-range environment, feeding on grass, hay and silage – resulting in meat that’s succulent, marbled and flavour-packed. Native breeds take longer to mature than commercial breeds of cattle as they don’t grow as quickly, which is what gives the meat its superior flavour.
All of our beef is hung for between 28 and 45 days. We also use Himalayan Salt walls in our drying fridges to create the perfect environment for the dry ageing process. It concentrates the flavour of the meat whilst hanging and purifies the air in the room – allowing ageing for a prolonged length of time without spoilage. This results in a uniquely dry, sweet and flavoursome product.
Our Pork is outdoor-reared Free Range, and we work closely with our farmers to ensure the animals are fed as naturally as possible – without the use of additives or growth promoters.

Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 48 hours before delivery, before 9am of the due delivery day.

Orders will be delivered between 7am and 6pm on your chosen delivery date. We can’t offer specific delivery slots just yet – but you’ll get an email in the morning on your chosen delivery day with a two-hour delivery time.

Drivers are wearing gloves when handling orders and are required to wash their hands before shift, after shift and between jobs. They wear a new pair of gloves for each delivery. Vehicles are washed and sanitized thoroughly at the end of each day. Where possible, orders are delivered to customers with minimal to no contact.
All of our meals our delivered by either refrigerated vehicles or insulated packaging and chilled gel packs, to keep your food fresh during transit.
Yes, depending on local restrictions. The cool packs are incredibly durable and can be reused, and when they come to the end of their life, you can recycle the plastic and most supermarkets will accept them along with carrier bags. The gel contents can either be disposed of with household waste, or safely poured down the drain.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy – if you’re lucky enough to look under the age of 25, you’ll be asked for proof of ID when buying alcohol.
